The holliday cottage is a semi detached property attached to the owners in the heart of the village close to local amenities.   

The property consists of:

KITCHEN

Has all that is required for everyday use: cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine etc. There are two tea towels, one hand towel and one tablecloth provided.

SITTING/DINING  ROOM

There is a television, radio and electric fire. There is a two seater settee and 1 chair .
Also a fold down dining table and chairs.

BEDROOM

Has twin divans, both complete with all bedding, sheets, pillowcases, duvets etc. 
Extra blankets are provided.

BATHROOM

Has a large shower unit rather than a bath.    There are two bath-sized towels and two hand towels for your use.

OUTSIDE

There is a small patio with a bench, table and chairs.

The rates included all electricity (no extra meters!), plenty of hot water at all times and car parking is always available.

The rates are as following for 2009 and are per week:

January 3^rd – March 28^th                        £275.00

March 28^th – September 26^th                 £325.00

September 26^th – December 19^th         £275.00

Day rates are available £48.00 between March 28^th and September 26^th all other times £42.00
