The hirer is granted the right to occupy the accommodation for a holiday only.
2. .
Whilst we try to be as helpful as possible in written
and verbal descriptions, the accuracy of such description cannot be guaranteed and accordingly does
not form part of the contract and the landlord does not accept any liability in respect thereof.
Applicants are invited to inspect the accommodation before booking.
3.
Cancellations must be in writing, and on receipt of a cancellation, the
landlord will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Nothing withstanding this, the balance
of the occupancy charge remains payable by the hirer by the date due, but if the accommodation
is successfully re-let, a refund of the money paid by the hirer will be made, less expenses in
re-letting.

No pets may be brought onto the premises unless previous agreement has
been made.
5.
The hirer and his party shall have the right to occupy the accommodation for
holiday purposes only and for the agreed period only. The hirer may not assign, let, charge, or
part with the accommodation, or any part thereof.
6.
with the landlord to use the accommodation carefully and at all times
to keep and leave it in a clean and tidy state, and to pay the cost of cleaning, renewals,
repairs, or re-decoration caused by any damage incurred during the period of the holiday;
not to permit any annoyance to adjoining occupiers, not to do, or permit to be done on the
premises anything which may cause to be vitiated the insurance of the premises, or increase
the rate of premium for such insurance; to comply with all regulations and lease terms affecting the accommodation.
7. .
Occupancy may be taken up from 3pm on the date of
entry and the property MUST be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to allow for
cleaning and preparation. Occupancy periods are from Saturday to Saturday.
8.
If the hirer is in breach of any of his obligations here-above, then the
landlord may re-enter the accommodation and immediately thereupon the hirer's right to occupy the
accommodation shall cease, but without prejudice to the owner's rights or remedies.
